[Internal-cg] Comms questions for the group

The comms WG had a call with our broader comms partners last week and we have a few questions for ICG members as a result:

1. Is there an ICG member who is willing to live-tweet one or both webinars? The dates/times are not final yet but they will like be Aug 6 and 7 in two different time zones. ICANN will have Sam Dickinson tweeting but we thought we might want to also have someone tweeting in the ICG “voice.”

2. What outreach are you planning to do in your community/constituency regarding the public comment period? At a minimum we’d like to encourage you all to re-tweet/re-post/forward the ICG announcements relating to the public comment launch and the webinars. If you are planning to do that or any other additional outreach, speaking events, consultations, etc., please let the rest of us know by responding to this message.

3. Further to point #2 above, if anyone is interested in running a webinar targeted to your particular constituency or region at any point during the public comment launch, please respond to this message. The comms team can help with logistics and promotion.
