the ICANN Board, at its meeting on 15 Sep, has adopted the PTI bylaws as well as has appointed the PTI Board Initial Directors and the PTI President.

I’d like to congratulate President Elise Gerich for her appointment. This is a good sign for continuing high level performance of the IANA services.
