We should wait for as long as we need, but not longer. And with this I include that I do not want ICG to question the decisions made by one of the OCs, in this specific case CWG. Whether what CWG said was (once again) conditional upon CCWG, then we should wait for CCWG. If it was not, we should not wait. If it once again was a conditional decision by CWG, then we should once again ask CWG to please let us know when they have approved their document.
