[Internal-cg] Day 4: Action Items and Decisions Taken

Dear All,

Hope everyone had a smooth journey back from Dublin.  As confirmed by the chairs, please find the action items and decisions taken from Day 4:
 
Action Items:
1. Cooper to circulate the latest version of the transition proposal to the internal-cg mailing list on Monday, 26 October. ICG members to send any further editorial comments to the proposal within 48 hours.

2. ICG members to review (in conjunction with Action Item 1.) the implementation action item inventory spreadsheet circulated by St. Amour http://mm.ianacg.org/pipermail/internal-cg_ianacg.org/2015-October/002136.html and send any further editorial comments to the internal-cg list by Wednesday, 28 October.

3. ICG members to review the public comment summary document circulated by Ismail http://mm.ianacg.org/pipermail/internal-cg_ianacg.org/2015-October/002164.html and send any further comments to the internal-cg mailing list by Thursday, 29 October.
 
Decisions Taken:
(From Day 1) 1.  From now until 30 September 2016, the ICG will: (1)keep the internal-cg mailing list active; (2) ensure that the communities have a way to reach the ICG; (3) will only schedule conference calls/meetings on an as-needed basis. The ICG will revisit this decision on or before 30 September 2016.
 
2. ICG liaisons to the operational communities and ICG liaisons to the CCWG-Accountability to continue their role as liaisons with the respective groups and continue to bring status updates to the ICG as necessary.
