I'm checking "IANA-transition-proposal-v4". Where can I find X013 and X014 
Daniel is referring to?

Misunderstanding: These are quotes from our current draft; not what I am
proposing we say.

In fact I have similar doubts and that prompted me to point this out.

See my subsequent message for what I propose we *do* say.
