[Internal-cg] ICG F2F meeting 7 - Day 1: Action Items and Decisions Taken

Dear All,

As confirmed by the chairs, please see the Action Items and Decisions Taken
from Day 1:

Action Items:
1. Between now and Thursday’s ICG meeting, ICG members to send comments to
the internal-cg mailing list regarding the implementation spreadsheet from
St. Amour.
 
2.Between now and Thursday’s ICG meeting, ICG members to send to the
internal-cg mailing list proposals for how to frame question(s) to the
operational communities regarding the ICG role during the implementation
phase. 
 
Decisions Taken:
1. From now until 30 September 2016, the ICG will: (1) keep the internal-cg
mailing list active; (2) ensure that the communities have a way to reach the
ICG; (3) will only schedule conference calls/meetings on an as-needed basis.
The ICG will revisit this decision on or before 30 September 2016.
