How about we finalise our work as currently planned, publish it, state
that we consider our work done unless unforeseen circumstances arise and
then go into 'hibernation' with no planned meetings.
We can also instruct our chairs at the same time to submit the proposal
once CWG gives the thumbs-up; that would save another meeting.

In case of unforeseen circumstances we can meet and decide on a new
course of action.

And while we are on the subject, I propose that when submitting the
proposal we give a concrete date, say two months later, on which we will
formally disband, such that NTIA knows how long we will be around to
answer any questions they may have.
