For what it is worth, my first read of this indicates that the text is
in good shape; I didn’t have any specific suggestions at this stage.

Overall, there might be a thing or two to lift up from part 0 to
the executive summary once we are done. (E.g.,the part about
dependencies to CCWG work.) I also wonder if this is something
that should lead to writing the “E. ICG Recommendation” text
slightly differently.
