Many thanks Alissa and all .. I agree with all comments ..

Thanks Alissa for the clarification that this is not a written exchange .. I initially thought it is (which I prefer) .. I thought you'll be sending an email to each of the OCs, cc'ing their ICG representatives, and was going to suggest that we attach the letter since not all OCs received it formally.. But I'm flexible ..

I also wanted to suggest that we share with the OCs a deadline for receiving their responses, in order to allow ourselves time for:
- consolidating their responses
- sharing the consolidated version with them again before sending to NTIA, if needed, and
- responding to the NTIA before the end of June as requested
I can see that you've already suggested June 10th in your second email ..

So , I have no objections for proceeding ..

Kind Regards
--Manal

Alissa,
In order to avoid any potential interpretation of your question, I suggest your text begins with the citation/ quotation of the exact question asked by NTIA , by placing it between two inverted comma and in italic font: character and then continue with your text Regards Kavoudd

Rather, as long as we agree on the sense of the questions we want to get input on, then the ICG reps from the various communities can communicate the questions and seek input however they so choose. I would expect Jari and myself to do this for the IETF; Paul and Alan to do it for the RIRs; and Martin, Milton and Xiaodong to do this for the CWG since they are our liaisons to that group. I agree that for the CWG we will need an updated estimate on how long they need to finalize their proposal in addition to the information about implementation.

Any objections to proceeding?

From start to finish, approximately how many weeks or months do you think your community will need to complete the proposal development and implementation of these aspects?"
