This is like saying we should not intervene in the process of combining the OC proposals into a final package for the NTIA. It completely contradicts our charter. It is our job to take the proposals we get from the open process, assess them and put them together

We are not judging or arbitrating anything. We are issuing a statement that reactions to the proposals should be open and transparent and the proposals should not be modified via backroom deals. That is a general statement that conforms to what our charter already says.
