[Internal-cg] Release of first draft ICANN-RIR SLA (per CRISP proposal)

Dear Paul,
Thank you very much.
I think we could only take NOTE of the document without any action until we
receive formal proposal from Naming Community as we do not have any formal
document in hand.
NMoreover, ICG has no mandate to intervene between CRISP and ICANN since it
is operational functions to which the EXISTING PROCEDURE appliy untill ICG
review the formal proposal from Naming Community.
