Hello everyone,

just trying to move this forward in our chair's absence. 

Could the secretariat include relevant links (per the request below) and ensure the latest is posted on dropbox.

ICG members, could we have any remaining comments on this by this Friday 24th July?  I will then incorporate the feedback and turn it around for final approval and posting.

Must all be DONE by July 29th for start of public comment period,
