Thank you to everybody involved.  The chairs did a very good job 
of guiding discussion, finding consensus positions to resolve 
minor disagreements, editing documents, and keeping us all 
informed.  The secretariat did a very good job of tracking 
comments, updating dropbox and web pages, and all the other 
support tasks.  Members worked hard at reviewing and editing 
documents.
