Dear Kavouss,

I understand also ICG commenting from a perspective taking into consideration all the three communities providing proposals. Each of  these 3 elements is important to be prepared for fitting together. Thus I think ICG has a responsibility to take care about. If there is a feeling that our target may be endangered due to the treatment of one of the elements we should mention this.
