ICANN appoints an IANA liaison to the IETF. The IETF appoints a liaison to the ICANN Board, two technical experts to the ICANN Technical Liaisons Group, and one voting member of the ICANN Nomcom. As far as I know the governing documents that created these positions are entirely separate from the IANA-related MOU.

Perhaps Alan or Paul can answer for the RIRs.

I didn’t add the question above to the draft note to the communities as it seems more like a factual question about existing practice than a question related to the CWG proposal. But please correct me if I misunderstood.
