[Internal-cg] Adobe Connect Technical difficulties during ICG Call 15

Dear All,


After some investigation, the queue/hands-up technical difficulties
experienced during ICG Call 15 looks to have been caused by the disabling
and enabling of the Adobe Connect microphones which was done to cut out the
background noise/echo.  


We will endeavor to prevent this from happening in future calls and
apologize for the inconvenience caused.
