[Internal-cg] Bylaws coordination group

Dear Alissa,
Congratulations for your test money before the House Sub-Committee. It was
one of the most neutral testimony among those presented for which we
appreciate your efforts and time.
Like Jean -Jacques, if the meeting and or participation could be done
through correspondence, since I have been very active in the entire CCWG, I
would be happy to be there .
