[Internal-cg] Consensus from ccNSO members

All,

Strong consensus from the ccNSO members meeting for CCWG-Accountability 
proposal, with only 2 abstentions and no "no" votes - so I imagine the 
ccNSO Council will approve its resolutions in its meeting coming up ion 
30 minutes.
