[Internal-cg] ICG Call 26: Action items and decisions taken

Dear All,

 

Per the ICG chairs, please find the action items and decisions taken during
ICG call 26:

 

Summary of decisions taken:

1. The ICG approved the proposal v10 for submission at the appropriate time,
with edits to be made from Ismail and Alhadeff <

2. The ICG to publish the ICG proposal on the ICG website and ICG chairs to
transmit the ICG proposal to the ICANN board on the condition that the
CWG-Stewardship approval of the CCWG-Accountability proposal still stands
after the conclusion of the CCWG-Accountability process by 10 March.

  

Summary of action items:

1. ICG chairs to circulate to the internal-cg mailing list the draft cover
letter accompanying the final ICG proposal.

2. ICG members to send to the internal-cg mailing list any planned outreach
activities about the proposal or process so the messages can be amplified.
