[Internal-cg] Proposal approval and agenda for call #26

To alleviate potential confusion, I would like for us to handle separate issues separately on the call:

(1) Do we approve of the final text in v10 of the transition proposal? That is, if nothing changes in the CCWG proposal and all of the chartering organizations approve it, is v10 the version we will send to the Board?

(2) If we answer (1) in the affirmative, when can we send v10 to the Board? (This may be where the disagreement on this thread is arising, or at least I hope it is here and not in (1)).
