[Internal-cg] Assembling Part 0

I wanted to give a heads up that I will plan to assemble the various pieces of Part 0 into a single document on Friday so that people have time to review it before we (hopefully) receive responses from the OCs and turn our attention to those and to the summary document. The list discussion of the Part 0 components has been productive so far - thanks all.
