[Internal-cg] GAO report

quickly gone through the report, in general the report is positive regarding our process, it did not rise questions/concerns regarding the community processes .
we should continue our work as planned.
as i am not familiar with US political processes/structures, i am not sure if the GAO report recommendations will impact NTIA evaluation time and process, hope it dose not create
a barrier for the transition .. what do you think
