[Internal-cg] UPDATED Public comment matrix for ICG review

Let me ask a related question. As I read my assigned comments and enter information, I find that the large amount of existing entries and summaries in there actually get in the way of my own work and make entry of my own summaries and comments more cumbersome and time consuming.

My inclination is to delete all pre-existing material and to turn in a spreadsheet that is:

a)      Clearly marked as Milton's assignments

b)      has only my own summaries of comments

c)       but follows the format established by Jennifer

What I want to know is whether this approach, which would definitely make my job easier, would make the Secretariat's job a lot harder. I would think it might make their work easier, too, because it would be clearer where I am adding comments and these additions could be more readily transferred to a "master" spreadsheet that contains the analyses of all the others.

I had already spent 90 minutes entering some of my analysis and comment summaries into the matrix we had yesterday. I do not intend to duplicate that work

Yes, please use this version. The one previously circulated by Jennifer had some of my own personal notes in it based on a quick review of all of the comments. Those were not meant for broader ICG consumption.
