This includes jurisdiction text from Martin, Joe’s text (split into different sections), Milton’s text on RZM, Jari’s text on IPR, Daniel and Paul’s text on complexity, and all of the text that I had added previously. It does not include the implementation inventory or the text about collaboration as those are still incomplete or under discussion. On the implementation inventory in particular, I think what we need for part 0 is a bulleted list of the items to be merged into the text in P0.V or to replace what is in P0.V. But since we don’t have the list of items for the names proposal yet I did not put that in.

 

Please send comments if you have any. It would be great if we can get agreement on the existing text by middle of next week and turn our attention to the remaining bits and the answers to our OC questions in time for our call on October 8.
