Very detailed, clear minutes. Thanks.

 

A few modifications: 

 

You quote me from the chat as saying "Mueller stated that he '[does not]
think that ICANN is the right entity to ask about implementation'. That is a
correct quote but in context, what I meant by "ask about implementation" was
actually "ask about _what is meant by_ implementation." So please put that
in. Obviously we need to ask ICANN about their timeframe for implementation.


 

I am not sure what this statement (it's on the bottom of page 4) means:
"Cooper asked .whether it is the plan to transition away from the PTI (Post
Transition IANA)?" What does it mean to "transition away from the PTI?" Did
Alissa really say that? 

 

Relatedly, Knoben is quoted as saying "the actual plan needs an estimated 18
months of further development" - is that right?
