[Internal-cg] ICG Statement on Contracts and Other Agreements

In case it is not entirely clear how a community member may comment on announcements like this, I want to suggest a standardised footer which could say something like:

“If you’d like to comment on this announcement, please visit the _community feedback forum_.”

 
I’d also suggest (to the secretariat) that the website could have a more informative page for the forum, to explain simply what the forum is for, how to subscribe and access the archives (including the old archive).  At the moment, the link on the top menu bar just goes to the archive of the new list, which isn’t so helpful.
