[Internal-cg] Contracting

Dear Kavouss,

As IETF and NRO making their update information recently, that is what happened as Milton questioned. As I checked with board and ICANN staff, ICANN has no intention to change the proposals from IETF and CRISP, and strongly support ICG working on its proposal based on IETF and CRISP delivered (also the potential proposal from CWG) again. I have nothing more to add than the information from IETF and NRO.
