[Internal-cg] Fwd: Information requested

Colleagues,

Both responses we have in hand sufficiently address the accountability
chain of the IANA functions operator both present and proposed. Unless
we ask specific questions we will get the same answers that are already
contained in the responses and other relevant normative documents.
Therefore I strongly oppose to ICG asking further general questions
about accountability.

If members of the ICG have concrete questions about accountability,
please raise them here. In a first step we can see if the answers are
contained in the documents we already have or if other ICG members can
answer the questions sufficiently. Only if and when we have consensus
that additional clarification is needed beyond this should we formally
ask questions to the communities.

This is our agreed procedure and I fully support the chair's treatment
of Mr. Arasteh's message.
