[Internal-cg] Assessment of the CWG Names Proposal

Dear Alissa,

Based on Wolf-Ulrich’s original (pre-) assessment, he, Mary, Keith and I have pulled together the attached draft.  While we are still waiting for the final cross-community approval (the decision is expected tomorrow morning).

I would welcome comments and thoughts from colleagues – it would be good if we have time tomorrow to have input on the document so that perhaps we could develop the text in time for our conference call on 8 July.
