I had the same question on reading the minutes of the 19th May 2015 teleconference, as it was mentioned there, and, Alissa replied that:

"We are keeping the June 25 session on the calendar so that those who can make it will have space and time to work on any wrap-up items we may have from the week, but the meeting will not be decisional in nature. For example, it might be a good time for us chairs to work on a response to Larry's letter while we are all in the same room together. We realize that a lot of folks may not be able to make it since it also conflicts with other sessions they will need to attend."

If I recall correctly Thursday is used as a placeholder if it appears necessary...

Since when did the Thursday meeting for the ICG reappear?

I am booked to return home on the Tuesday night, BECAUSE we cancelled that meeting…

Sunday, June 21st:

  *   CCWG-Accountability Meeting with the Board (15:00-16:00)
  *   IANA Stewardship Transition and Enhancing ICANN Accountability Information Session (18:30-20:00)
Monday, June 22nd:

  *   CWG-Stewardship/CCWG-Accountability Joint Townhall Meeting (10:30-13:00)
  *   CWG-Stewardship Engagement Session (16:45-18:00)
Wednesday, June 24th:

  *   CCWG-Accountability Working Session 2 (15:30-17:00)
Thursday, June 25th:

  *   CWG-Stewardship Working Session 1 (08:30-10:00)
  *   CCWG-Accountability Working Session 3 (10:30-12:00)
