[Internal-cg] "Country" field

Using two important criteria (the perspective of the global Internet user, and accepted practice in international relations), I suggest our table should provide "country/economy" name AND 2-letter code (ISO), but not ISO code INSTEAD OF "country/economy" name.

I have asked secretariat to look at 2-letter codes at http://www.iana.org/domains/root/db but look for names of the territories in Wikipedia (as the IANA table does not include that).

I have though personally not proof-read the list yet.
