This seem fine to me.  I prefer "AL - Albania",
but I won't object to "Albania - AL".

However, please don't rely on icannwiki as an authoritative list of 
ccTLDs.  For example, the list at http://icannwiki.com/CcTLD is 
missing at least the following countries:

    YE - Yemen
    YT - Mayotte
    ZA - South Africa
    ZM - Zambia
    ZW - Zimbabwe
