Hi Alissa,

I was trying to avoid any substantive edits, and only trying to clarify potential points of confusion. Please incorporate only those you are comfortable with or believe we have consensus on as I was not intending to make substantive changes.

Having said that, and trying to be helpful, I do think the proposed edits to X025 are largely editorial as I was trying to clarify which roles were maintaining their independence (but I may be the one reading it incorrectly).

X025       While the names proposal calls for the IANA functions operator to be transferred to the PTI, policy and operational roles are maintained in each community. The separation of PTI as a subsidiary will ensure the independence of these policy and operational roles from the implementation role of the IANA functions operator. This arrangement introduces minimum change and keeps the current IANA functions operation team intact and carrying out the same role as it has today.

Again, please incorporate only those you are comfortable with or believe we have consensus on.
