The information is already in the public domain of AFTLD, will be forwarding  to the internet stakeholders, NG IGF mailing list as well as  the Africa IGF mailing list as soon as time and date are determined. 
IANA transition is a session in the forthcoming AFIGF 2015 and I have volunteered to panel.
I will also like non-english speaking African ccTLDs to be factored in while planning for the webinars, thankfully Jean-Jacques is available to help.

I certainly will use my personal network and I can also work with the IGF secretariat to promote through their channels.  That will get broad coverage from civil society and many governments.
