[Internal-cg] Latest version of the combined proposal - v5

Thanks very much Kavouss,  appreciate it is a lot of work, and we sincerely appreciate your diligence.

Will you or the others involved in the CCG or CCWG work have a chance to review this combined document over the next day or two?  If not, we need to find some other volunteers to do so, as they are obviously critical areas.
