Please refer to this version instead of the previously circulated one –
v4-RM.doc has correct paragraph numbering and v4-RM.docx does not (MS Word
is a fickle beast
).

Dear All,

 

The combined proposal v4-RM attached and on Dropbox
(http://icgsec.asia/1K6AUWE) contains the following additions and edits:

 

1. Names proposal has been added to Part 1 and the TOC has been reformatted
to be consistent to the rest of the document.

 

2. All parts contain paragraph numbering as follows:

- Executive Summary: X001 onwards

- Part 0: 01 onwards

- Part 1: 1001 onwards

- Part 2: 2001 onwards

- Part 3: 3001 onwards

 

3. The edits from v2-MI-ALC have been folded in - this is a clean version of
the text, for the tracked changes please refer back to v2-MI-ALC on Dropbox
here: http://icgsec.asia/1HJYmVv.  

 

4. The language drafted by Russ Mundy has been added to pg 11, ¶37 – and
contains an updated reference to the Names proposal paragraph number (1150
instead of 150)

You may also note that translated versions (based on v0) have also been
added to the combined proposal subfolder on Dropbox here:
http://icgsec.asia/1DfBEUk - these do not contain the Names proposal yet,
this is currently being processed by the ICANN language services
team/translators and will be available later in July.
