[Internal-cg] Public comments received and translations of materials

Hi Joe,

 

Due to the fact that the French commenter used the English web form before
the French translations were available, the Secretariat - with permission
from the Chairs, have reached out to the French commenter and sent him the
French translations of the materials (proposal, web form, instructions) for
him to review and supplement his response if he so wishes.  

 

We have not received comments in other languages so far, and given that we
now have the translations up and live, we do not anticipate the same problem
occurring again.

Looks like the work "workability" posed an issue for a french respondent.
Just something we should consider in our outreach.
