[Internal-cg] AFRALO-AFRICANN Statement

Coming back to this now that we are through the public comment launch — As far as I can tell there isn’t anything in this statement that is actionable for the ICG, but there is content that may be of interest to the CWG, CCWG, and RIR communities. I believe the statement has already been sent directly to the CWG. Should we forward it to the CCWG and the CRISP mailing lists?
