I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone for your
dedication to getting the proposal and supporting materials in shape for the
release earlier today.

In particular, I want to extend huge thanks to Jennifer for all of her
efforts and especially her work over this last week. She stayed up all night
on multiple nights (!) to make sure we would have everything ready in time
and had to deal with sometimes-conflicting or vague direction from us
chairs. Jennifer, I hope you are getting some much needed rest! And the same
for the whole secretariat team. There were a lot of late nights and
last-minute changes over these last days - all of your efforts are very much
appreciated.

I'd also like to thank Patrik and Mohamed for their support and willingness
to be available pretty much any time day or night to get everything finished
for the launch. We are lucky to have you both so invested in this process.

Finally, to all ICG members who so attentively read and reviewed the
proposal, other documents, and many, many mails - thank you! In particular,
thanks to Manal and Lynn for keeping the train moving last week while some
of us were tied up at the IETF meeting.

I know we have not yet finished our job but this seemed like a good moment
to say thank you.
