I agree with Jon and Patrik.

I'd also note that the CWG has discussed jurisdiction and decided not to make a decision at this stage, as it would complicate the discussion.  The CSC, if I remember correctly, is simply a standing committee and would not have a legal identity of its own.  It is not set up to make decisions, for example.

Incidentally, I think that when you reference a Geneva jurisdiction, you really are not looking at something under Swiss law, but at a regime more akin to an inter-governmental organisation's - sort of ICRC or FIFA models, neither of which has been without serious accountability and trust issues.

Agree.

Once again, we as ICG should not and can not propose any specific solution or changes. If ICG members or their organizations do have specific views, by all means do submit such things via whatever mechanism the OC have suggested.
