[Internal-cg] Overlaps/implications of CWG proposal for RIRs/IETF

Hi Kavouss, all,

As you say, a voluminous document that is still not quite final!

It might be worth while a couple of minutes to talk about the approach (and I attach a diagram from the legal advisors that shows the way the different elements of the plan fit together) as this might help us identify the way forward – or at least orient us on where issues might need to be addressed.

If that’s in accordance with others’ ideas, I’ll approach it in that way.
