Per Jean-Jacques' request, please find the original and revised ICG Call #14: Action Item 2:

Original: Subrenat and Clark to draft a report summarizing information collected during the ICG assessment process of the operational communities’ proposals. This report can be published together with the final transition proposal and should be based on summaries of ICG questions/answers provided by the secretariat. (Discussed on calls #12 and #14.)

Revised: Secretariat to add relevant data from the ICG assessment of the Names proposal, as well as any additional data necessary, to the questions/answers matrix for ICG approval.  This matrix can be published together with the final transition proposal. (Discussed on calls #12 and #14.)

Dear ICG Colleagues,

Narelle and I volunteered to help draft a report on the questions formulated in the assessment of the proposals received. Alissa remarked that this information was already available in the form of a fully-informed matrix, set up by our Secretariat. 

Having reviewed the action point in light of Alissa's remarks, we suggest going along with the Secretariat's document, which will need to be completed with the relevant data from the assessment of the Names' proposal, and any additional data which may seem necessary at a later stage.

In the absence of objections by Monday 20 April 2015 (end of day UTC), we request Secretariat to modify the Action Item.

If we look back at the discussion we had during call #12 that generated the action item, I think what people wanted was a report (in prose) that could accompany the final transition proposal to give an indication to the wider world of the issues the ICG discussed concerning each community’s proposal. So this would involve taking the matrix that the secretariat has produced and summarizing that information in report form. This is the task that I think Jean-Jacques and Narelle have signed up for. 


Personally I think we could leave the information in matrix form and it would be just as good, in which case there is no further work for Jean-Jacques and Narelle to do (assuming the secretariat can add to the matrix when we discuss the names proposal).

This summary is good, I wrote my last message before I had seen this attachment with the summary of arguments. 
However, while this is excellent summary fulfills action item 2 from ICG call #12, I still am not sure what the action item #3 from call #13 is.
