[Internal-cg] proposed text change with regards to IPR

Yesterday I got this task:

8. Arkko to draft text by 27 September for Part 0 indicating updated
status of CWG on IANA IPR and noting that items raised in
comments are being dealt with as implementation details.

I have now uploaded a new file under “Public Comment”, file
IANA-transition-proposal-IPR-changes.doc that contains an
edited version of the proposal that went for public comment.
It contains two changes, one on the executive summary and
the other one on part 0. Take a look at the file, or these two
screen captures for the changes:
