If people continue to comment on this report, which I understand if people want to do, please be very clear whether you do believe the issue you describe impacts the work of ICG or not.

FWIW: my reading of the report is that it does not impact us, unless we get new directions or questions from NTIA (triggered by this report), at which time we have to adress those messages.
