This decision to transfer control of the int to international community is fraught with problems.
It has too many pieces!  Too many places to go wrong!
It is like the UN? well-intentioned, but incapable of smooth operation when a real crisis emerges and action must be taken.
It is VERY UNWISE of America to relinquish any control of the internet to the rest of the world.
